Minimum Order
Minimum order value is 6 units per order. If the minimum order is not met the order cannot be processed. All exceptions must be reviewed with the FREED Sales team in order to process.

Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices listed are reflective of the currency they will be bought and sold in.

For international orders wholesale unit prices are landed to include shipping costs, VAT and import duty.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If we find the price of any product is quoted incorrectly, we reserve the right to rectify such errors, even after order is placed. We will inform all customers of any price changes on current orders.

Our wholesale prices and price lists of products made available by FREED shall be deemed as Confidential, to be used by retailers only and not to be shared externally.

Minimum Retail Prices
Any product ordered shall only be sold at the MSRP price determined by FREED.
Discount and promotional prices should not exceed 30% discount unless otherwise approve by the FREED team.

We make every effort to maintain inventory on all products however, stock levels are subject to change without notice. Should a product you have ordered become unavailable, we will offer you the option of either back ordering it, swapping it for something else, or cancelling the item.

Payment Terms
For pre-book orders a 30% deposit is required within 30 days of the date an order is placed to confirm the order. FREED will issue an invoice for the balance payment at time of shipping order. Balance due must be paid in full 30 days from ship date.

For in season orders an invoice will be issued at time of order shipped and full payment must be made within 30 days of ship date.
We accept wire or e-transfer for all orders. Credit card and online payments are also available.

Cancelled Orders
FREED reserves the right to charge 50% of the full order amount on cancelled orders anytime after the initial 30% deposit payment has been made to confirm the order.

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders – We offer free shipping for all domestic orders

For International Orders: FREED international wholesale unit prices are landed to include shipping costs, VAT and import duties, therefore these will not be payable on top of the order total amount.

We aim to ship and deliver within the assigned ship window. Please note that global freight issues outside of our control may cause further delays in shipping which could lead to extended delivery times and which FREED cannot be liable for, however we will endeavour to clearly communicate any foreseen delays to each customer as early as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges are accepted on wholesale orders.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item please let us know within 72 hours of receipt.

Changes & Updates
FREED reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions to accommodate any changes in its business or as required by law. If terms and conditions are substantially modified we will publish and notify all customers to your registered account email address

Intellectual Property
We own copyright to all our intellectual property including: brand name, logo, images, and written and social content at all times. We are happy to grant our Wholesale Partners non-exclusive, non- transferable, and non-assignable licenses to use our brand name, logo, images, and content from our website and social media platforms for your listings, social media contents, and marketing/promotional purposes. No rights to our products, designs, photographs, branding or other materials will transfer during the wholesale relationship. Should our business relationship end for any reason, you must discontinue the use of our intellectual property.
